Happy New Year! As we set resolutions, it’s common to struggle with keeping them. We all aspire to improve but sometimes find ourselves making excuses, even with God, about our failures. We might say, “Now is not the right time to serve, to reach people, or to fulfill what God has called us to do.”
Our divine calling is to bear fruit and bring people closer to God. Despite having every tool at our disposal, we often resort to various excuses. Pastor Chris Willet explores the excuses mentioned in Luke 14:15-24 and Exodus 3:1-10 and provides insights on overcoming them.
You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.
